Performance Maintenance, Inc. (PMI) offers commercial and non-commercial building maintenance including on-going construction and post-construction clean-up with experience in initializing high performance, green building maintenance programs. This enables PMI to continue a hygienic maintenance program, for your facility. We also perform a long list of high performance building services including tile and grout cleaning/sealing, carpet and upholstery cleaning, VCT floor maintenance, emergency water extraction/dry-out, mold and mildew removal, high pressure steam cleaning, vent cleaning, window cleaning and bio-hazard (post traumatic) clean-up, light-bulb replacement. Services are performed on a contractual basis or on an on-call basis. PMI also offers a systematic disinfecting program. Since 2004, PMI has focused on “Green Building” cleaning practices and is currently in the process to become a LEED’S certified building maintenance service.

PMI also offers a full line of janitorial supplies including but not limited to; towel & tissue products and dispensing systems, cleaning chemical supplies including a top of the line disinfecting solution, high performance doorway and anti-fatigue matting, high performance janitorial cleaning machinery, hard floor maintenance supplies, brooms, brushes, high performance environmentally-responsible lamps, a monthly air freshener dispensing refill program and break room supplies.  We also carry a specialty line of Green Building Cleaning and Paper products.

PMI proudly distributes for the ANDERSEN MAT COMPANY (Quality Entrance/Anti-Fatigue Mats and Tiles, Interior Mats, Logo Mats and Industrial Mats). The HILLYARD CHEMICAL COMPANY (a industry leader in Green Cleaning Products) the WAUSAU PAPER COMPANY (a leader in Green Seal, 100% Recycled towel and tissue products) and the SPORICIDIN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY (a Leader in high performance disinfecting solutions).

Customer Base  

Many satisfied customers consisting of small and large businesses throughout New Mexico and Texas. Maintenance and procurement contracts include national laboratory buildings, state government buildings, U.S. Military Airbase Installations, medical facilities, schools, museums, bank buildings, private homes, and more. Supplies are sold and delivered to the public and

business community throughout Northern New Mexico. A website for services and supplies with e-commerce capability is under construction.
